I subcontracted with Association Malienne de Recherche - Action pour le Développement (AMRAD), who was tasked to lead training sessions for the Assemblée National of Mali on parliamentary procedures. To accompany the workshops AMRAD prepared a rapid reference document that included the text of Mali’s Constitution and the Internal Regulations of the National Assembly, and was to be delivered as a book and as a website.

AMRAD wanted the website to resemble a notebook, so I created a tabbed design with navigation on both the x- and y- axes. The horizontal navigation links to the four major sections of the reference document, and the vertical navigation links to the original texts. I linked citations in the rapid reference to the sections of the Constitution and Internal Regulation to which they referred.
