I started working on the web in 1998; today I have
- expert-level, hands-on skill with HTML/XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), web graphics and digital images, and a variety of content management systems (CMS)
- familiarity with XML; Javascript; PHP; UNIX; MySQL; and the principles and practices of usability and accessibility, including Section 508
Recently I have been designing and building websites for small organizations. Most of my current clients are nonprofit or nongovernmental organizations working in the field of international development; many are involved in the arts.
